Respawn 03:23
From a swarm of black clouds falls a stripe of light It’s the only sign that a dawn has come Unpleasant struggle to wake up And learn I'm nowhere my mind recalls Flushed memories mixed with pain While staring at this wasteland Looking at my scars The word REPLICA on my arm Faint flashlights draw pillars towards the sky And the silence is broken by dog barks Not knowing who I am or which side to stand I run into the wilderness of this seemingly dead city, totally, blackened Almost everything lies burnt in the ground Personal belongings lying all around But no trace of the living or the dead All was left behind, no one seemed prepared Glaring memories comes to mind Rambling, blurred and unaligned I see a woman's face Coughing blood as her life fades Some fuss on my rear trigger instincts of fear Preceding gunfire that sounds so near Helpless and cornered I throw myself and crawl Waiting for a bitter end I feel a grabbing hand, is it a friend? "Lay down if you wanna stay alive", the voice came along the responding fire I was dragged down below, the defense lines of this hold ...An old building Ravaged and battered by this unknown war, in which I don't know what role should I perform Was I being chased or just unlucky and misplaced? Should I rely upon The idea that I'm not really on my own? At least I ain't yet cold dead As the floor in which I crawl Of this building entrance hall I could only hear someone scream: "Hurry up, come inside! We don't have much time left behind Run underground as we hold the defense lines!"

The walls still shake as the way leads underground In a trail of rubble and decay Dead escalators and advertisements on the walls Drive us to an underground railway "We have 6 minutes before these halls collapse Everybody get inside the train The nukes will purge whatever we have left Everyone retreat at my command" All hell break loose as fire is open on our backs Hopeless like rats driven straight into a trap Waiting for answers or doom to meet my way A surge of adrenaline moves my body into a Bloody rampage grabbing guns and shooting Aimlessly towards darkness viciously My instincts get so pleased for every bullet that is fired Familiarity in the fragrance of this burning powder Among the chaos all around... A awkward truce settles down... As something big pounds the ground... and it creaks... heavy junctions of a machine beast and it stings... red beams on every moving thing "Fire at will!!! Or until our last gasp Someone set this up, we fell into a trap" Sentinel - Bringer of the void Deployed to seek - Commit and destroy I leap into the train in a struggle to stay alive Drawing the attention of the of this bringer of demise... But the doors close on time! Oh yeah! "You cannot escape!!! I’ll crush you like a roach Like I did a thousand times, I’ll rip your balls from your throat" The doors hold the beast but this won't last so long Someone make this train move, or soon we'll all be done. The sound of machinery, And electricity, Grinding all so sweet, Fills the air as a symphony Ground... shakes... as... the nukes that had been Spoken... blow up... scorching all the way up to Glasses of this train... shattering all around me Engulfed up in flames... I cover up and hope to live

about

A man wakes up in a post apocalyptic scenery with no memory of who he is, or where he is, all he gets is the word REPLICA tattooed in his arm.
